STORE POLICY

Because We Care

At Legacy N Greek, we pride ourselves in giving our customers a fair, rewarding, enjoyable shopping and customer service experience. Our store policies are detailed below.
Legacy N Greek will be more than happy to offer store credit of any regularly priced item within ten (10) days after receipt of the merchandise. NO REFUNDS will be provided. All custom, sale and conference items are final sale. You may return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy. Item(s) may be repurchased at that time. Shipping fees and taxes if applicable are non-refundable and are not included in the issued credit upon return. Your credit will only cover the returned merchandise. It is asked that all credits be used immediately (when issued). On a pre-ordered item(s), if you decide you no longer want the merchandise, this will be treated as a return and a store credit for only the merchandise will be issued.
Return Policy
Please note Legacy N Greek has the right to decline the return of any item(s) that appear washed or worn.  All returned item(s) must be in the original state with original tags attached.  Item(s) must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or fragrance(s).  All returns must be shipped within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise. Item(s) returned after ten (10) days of receipt will not be accepted.  If item(s) show evidence of wear they will not be accepted and will be discarded unless customer notifies us, they are willing to pay for returned shipping and item(s) will not be exchanged or credited. Once your return is received, you will receive your code and will be able to place your new order at that time.
Absolutely no returns on customized or personalized item(s), sale item(s), conference item(s) or item(s) that have been washed or worn.  Should you require to return an item(s), please email us with your order number and we will respond with your next steps. Should there be any product defects, please notify us immediately.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled.  Most products are made to order or for Pre-Order. Processing for all orders will take at least 3-5 business days however, maybe sooner
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Pre-Orders can take 2-3 weeks for production and will ship to our customers once we received the merchandise. 
**Please note if we are vending for an event, there will be a delay with your order and the ship date.  All orders will ship in the order in which they are received. 
Once your order has been fully processed you will receive a confirmation email which will contain tracking details for your package.  After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected. All products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Please be advised there may be events out of our control (weather or carrier), that can delay your delivery.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. Please work with USPS to resolve any shipping issues and should you need our assistance let us know.  Please know we work hard to fulfill all orders and strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
